Ilias A. Iliopoulos was appointed CEO of DryLog Ltd. in March 2006. From September 2000 to June 2004, he was the CFO of Ceres Hellenic Shipping Enterprises Ltd., Liberia, Piraeus Branch, while since 2003 he was also appointed Director of the Corporate Division in Ceres.
Ilias' prior experience has been in shipping finance/banking and he has held the positions of Senior Relationship Manager, Vice President with Citibank N.A. Shipping & Logistics Division, Piraeus Centre with the responsibility of Greek and South European Shipping clients, and formerly as a Relationship Manager with Barclays Bank Plc, Piraeus Branch. Ilias is married with two daughters aged 11 and 8 years.

Luigi Pulcini |
|
Luigi Pulcini was appointed CFO of DryLog Ltd. in January 2006. Luigi also holds the position of Finance Manager of C Transport Maritime SAM, Monaco (previously CC Maritime SAM) since October 2004. From September 1995 to September 2004, he was the CFO of Coeclerici Group, Genoa, while prior to this he was audit manager with Arthur Andersen, Genoa and Milan offices specializing in the shipping industry as well as retail distribution.
He has studied at the University of Genoa where he earned a degree in Economics in July 1987, after having also served in the Italian Navy (August 1985 - January 1987). Luigi is married to Donatella and they have two children , Eleonora 11 years and Niccolò 6 years.
